The mission of Cornerstone Healthy Clergy, Congregations and Communities (Cornerstone-BCH3C) is Working Towards a Healthier Community. Our mission is to facilitate a process of collaborating the faith community with community agencies to provide services that will combat negative barriers and conditions that lead to harmful health, fitness and wellness of the citizens living in Beaufort County, Eastern North Carolina. To assist by providing positive information, resources, training, and opportunities that will promote and improve the health and wellness of people for a better quality and increased quantity of life.
F.U.N. Nurturing Parenting
The our mission of Families understanding nurturing is to foster meaningful interactions between parents and siblings through a comprehensive, nationally recognized parenting curriculum. We understand the importance of strong family and aim to support parents in their journey to build healthier relationships with their children. Our program is thoughtfully designed to help families identify and recognize destructive patterns that may be affecting their dynamics. By breaking these habits, we empower families to replace them with positive, nurturing behaviors that not only enhance communication but also create a rewarding environment for everyone involved. Together, we strive to cultivate a loving and supportive atmosphere where every family member can thrive.
Access East
The Healthy Opportunities Pilot program aims to provide non-medical services to eligible enrollees of Medicaid Managed Care. It will concentrate on four key areas: food, housing, interpersonal violence/toxic stress, and transportation services, all delivered through a Human Service Organization (HS). As a partner of Assess East HSO, CCBPS offers services to qualified residents of Beaufort County.

At Silver Bells, our mission is to empower and support the elderly by providing compassionate assistance and resources that enhance their quality of life. We strive to foster a sense of community and belonging, ensuring that every senior feels valued and connected. Through dedicated care and engagement, we aim to enrich their lives and promote independence, dignity, and joy in their golden years.
